Join us as we step into Yellowstone National Park, one of the most remarkable places in the American West. We can take our time exploring its wide-open landscapes, colorful geothermal features, and abundant wildlife, while enjoying the chance to experience the park together.
Montana is Big Sky Country, and there are a few options to consider as we plan the trip. For now, the idea is to visit Bozeman, Montana, as well as Jackson Hole, Wyoming (home of the Fed chair). We could spend time taking in the scenery, exploring the towns, and visiting some of Yellowstone’s best-known sights, including the Old Faithful geyser and the hot springs. We may also see buffalo along the way—though don't worry, we are Black folks, so we won't be trying to become best friends with the buffalo!
I am looking at lodging options now and comparing what might work best for our trip. Ideally, though, we’d stay onsite so we can make the most of our time in the park and enjoy the peaceful surroundings after a full day of exploring.
